This form must be completed and signed at least two weeks prior to your project start date to ensure a smooth scheduling process.

If you need help choosing colors, we offer a complimentary one-hour color consultation in our showroom with a deposit. In-home color consultations are also available upon request for an additional charge. To schedule, please call our office.
